At the headquarters of the Priestly Society of Saint Pius X in Switzerland, Bishops Alfonso de Galarreta and Bernard Fellay presided over the episcopal consecration ceremony and the Superior General declared: “Any penalties or censures imposed for this act have no value whatsoever.”
